What is a healthy breakfast?
A healthy breakfast should include some of these things:
1. Whole-grain bread

3. Oatmeal
4. Fresh fruit
5. Milk
6. Veggies
7. Eggs
8. Cheese
9. Spreads
10. Chocolates
You can have all of these things in one breakfast, but not more than four things. So make sure you limit yourself to four foods per breakfast.
